Blancpain Air Command

In the 1950s the US Air Force specified a flyback chronograph with a rotating countdown bezel, so a pilot could time a manoeuvre without stopping the hand first. Blancpain built it — and almost none were ever delivered, which is why the Air Command is among the rarest watches of its era. This is the faithful revival, flyback included, driven by an in-house automatic calibre.
