Blancpain Villeret

In red gold the Villeret reaches its warmest expression, and the design gives the metal room to speak: a double-stepped bezel, slender lugs, and a dial holding nothing but applied indexes and slim hands. Blancpain was founded in 1735, is the oldest watch brand in the world, and famously never made a quartz watch — a decision that cost it dearly in the 1970s and defines it entirely today.
