The Chronomat was built in 1984 for the Frecce Tricolori, Italy's aerobatic squadron, and every detail answers a request they made — the rider tabs on the bezel exist so a pilot can grip and turn it wearing gloves. In titanium at 44mm the watch stays noticeably lighter than steel at this scale. Manufacture Calibre 01 inside, a column-wheel chronograph certified by the COSC.
