Evolution 9 refines the proportions of the 1967 44GS for the modern wrist — shorter lugs, a wider dial opening, a lower centre of gravity — and this reference runs Spring Drive: powered by a mainspring like any mechanical watch, but regulated by a quartz oscillator, so the seconds hand glides in perfect continuous motion rather than ticking. Accuracy is quoted at one second per day. Every surface is Zaratsu-polished by hand.
