Blancpain Fifty Fathoms

A flyback chronograph inside the first modern diving watch. The Fifty Fathoms was built in 1953 for the French Navy's combat swimmers — before the Submariner, and to a military specification rather than a marketing brief — and this 45mm steel execution adds timing that can be reset and restarted with a single press, without stopping first. The bezel remains unidirectional and locking.
