Longines Conquest Heritage

The Conquest Heritage revives the 1954 original without the exaggeration most reissues fall into. At 38mm the case is slim and almost lug-less in profile, the dial carries applied indexes and a discreet date, and the whole watch is sized as mid-century watches actually were rather than inflated for modern taste. A Swiss automatic movement drives it, and Longines has kept an unbroken production archive since 1867.
