Longines Ultra-Chron

In 1968 Longines built the Ultra-Chron, a high-frequency diver guaranteed accurate to within a minute a month — an extraordinary claim for the era. The reissue keeps the cushion case, the internal rotating bezel and the period dial furniture, and matches the original where it counts: the movement beats at 36,000 vibrations per hour and carries a silicon balance spring, certified as a chronometer to Longines' own Ultra-Chron standard.
