The Top Gun line was developed for US Navy fighter pilots, and the specification follows from that brief rather than from styling. The 44.5mm case is black ceramic — hard, matte, low-glare, and resistant to the temperature extremes and pressure changes of a cockpit. A soft-iron inner cage shields the movement from magnetic fields, and the chronograph offers a flyback function, resetting and restarting with one press.
