In 18-carat white gold the Portugieser Automatic is IWC's flagship at its most discreet — precious metal that reads as steel until it catches the light. The seven-day power reserve is the technical argument: an in-house calibre using Pellaton automatic winding, whose pawls are made from virtually wear-free ceramic, fills twin barrels and displays the remaining autonomy directly on the dial.
