Bulgari 103902

Watches are a comparatively recent pillar of the Bulgari name, which was established in Rome in 1884 as a jewellery and silverware house under Sotirio Bulgari. Serious in-house watch manufacturing followed the 2010 acquisition of the Le Sentier workshop that became Bulgari's Fabrique du Temps, since responsible for a string of record-setting ultra-thin mechanical movements. Bulgari's case architecture continues to reflect the brand's jewellery-house origins, favouring bold geometric forms and Roman-influenced detailing over the more restrained case language typical of longer-established Swiss watchmaking houses.
