IWC Portugieser Automatic

The Portugieser Automatic is IWC's flagship, and the seven-day power reserve is the reason. The in-house calibre uses Pellaton automatic winding — a pawl system whose components are made from virtually wear-free ceramic — to fill twin barrels, and the reserve is displayed on the dial so the wearer can see exactly where it stands. At 42.4mm the case proportions descend from the 1930s original built to marine chronometer accuracy.
