In 18-carat rose gold the Portugieser Chronograph is the collection at its most precious. At 41mm the case keeps the proportions that make the line work, with the railway-track chapter ring and slender leaf hands descending from the 1930s original — a watch built at pocket-watch dimensions because that was the only way to reach marine chronometer accuracy. An IWC-manufactured chronograph calibre drives it.
