Legibility underwater is an engineering problem, and this Seamaster solves it with brute generosity. The skeletonised hands and applied indexes carry Super-LumiNova in quantities most brands would consider excessive, and the ceramic bezel's diving scale is filled with white enamel that will not yellow. The 42mm steel case is fitted on a strap, with a conical helium escape valve operable underwater and the METAS-certified Calibre 8800 inside.
