Piaget built the Polo in 1979 for polo players who wanted a sports watch that read as jewellery, and the horizontal-groove bracelet flowing directly into the case remains the signature that made it. At 36mm in steel, the integrated design was radical for its era and remains unmistakable. A Piaget automatic movement drives it beneath a domed sapphire crystal.
