The Bathyscaphe is the Fifty Fathoms made civilian — launched in 1956 as the smaller, everyday companion to the military diver, and revived because the proportions were right all along. At 38mm in steel it becomes the most wearable size in the collection, the dial clean and the movement entirely Blancpain's own.
