In 1934 Mido built the first automatic watch that was simultaneously antimagnetic, water resistant and shock protected, and called it Multifort. Ninety years on the name still means the same thing: a watch that asks nothing of its owner. This 40mm steel reference pairs a clean, versatile dial with the Caliber 80, an automatic movement whose eighty-hour power reserve comfortably outlasts far costlier Swiss watches left in a drawer over a weekend.
