The Pelagos is Tudor's serious diver, built in titanium with a ceramic bezel designed to resist fading and a helium escape valve for saturation diving work the Black Bay was never meant for. It descends from the watches Tudor supplied to the French Navy through the 1970s, and the case still reflects that brief rather than a styling exercise.
