The Laureato, born in 1975 with its octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, returned in 2017 as a full collection, and the 34 mm model offers its most jewel-like expression. The satin-brushed and polished steel case, 7.75 mm thick, has a bezel set with 56 brilliant-cut diamonds, about 0.82 carats, around a blue dial decorated with the Clous de Paris hobnail pattern and a date window. The quartz calibre GP013100 recalls the Maison's pioneering role: in 1978 it was the first to offer a quartz movement compact enough for ladies' watches. The watch is water-resistant to 30 metres and worn on an integrated steel bracelet.
