The Marine collection draws on Breguet's maritime history: in 1815, Louis XVIII awarded Abraham-Louis Breguet the title of Watchmaker to the Royal Navy. The Marine Chronographe 5527 features a flyback chronograph read by a large central hand, with dedicated counters for the chronograph and small seconds, plus a date indication. This reference has a 42.3 mm case in 18-carat rose gold with a screwed crown and a silvered guilloché dial with gold Breguet hands and luminescent elements. The self-winding calibre 582QA, with a silicon balance spring, offers a 48-hour power reserve and is visible through the sapphire case back. It comes on an alligator strap with a rose gold deployant clasp.
