The Star Legacy Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph celebrates Paris, where the Académie des Sciences validated Nicolas Rieussec's chronograph invention in 1821. A graphic Clous de Paris motif, inspired by the city's cobbled streets, decorates the green dial and continues on the oscillating weight, while the flange bears the French inscriptions “Académie des Sciences de Paris” and “Chronographe Nicolas Rieussec”. Even the strap lining features a map of Paris from 1821. The 43 mm stainless-steel case houses the self-winding Manufacture monopusher chronograph movement MB R200, and the green interchangeable calfskin strap, designed by Marco Tomasetta, is inspired by Montblanc pen nibs.
